We take a huge amount of pride in providing the very best culinary experience for our guests. Prepare to be wowed by our talented team of chefs offering exciting and seasonal menus. Catering for winter groups of 18-30 guests, and summer events for up to 120 guests. Each event menu designed to our guests specifications.

Winter Service

Once we have chauffeured you home from the slopes, afternoon tea, our sauna & outdoor hot tub will await so you can relax before canapés and a complimentary pre-dinner glass of house wine.

Our AA Rosette Chefs will cater for all requirements and serve a spectacular meal including house wines unlike any chalet dining experience you've had before.

 

Winter Menu Service

Breakfast

  • Selection of Cereals, Yoghurts, Fresh Bread, Fruit Juices & Smoothies.

  • Hot Swiss Muesli, Porridge or Fruit Salad.

  • Eggs anyway with; bacon, beans, grilled tomato & sautéed mushrooms.

  • Eggs Benedict.

  • Pancakes with Nutella, Berries or Bacon & Maple Syrup.

  • (cooked options of 5 of 7 mornings).

Afternoon Tea

  • A selection of baked goods and fresh fruits.

  • Mulled wine or champagne to order.

  • Tea, coffee and hot chocolate.

  • All days of your stay.

Dinner

  • Canapés using the finest local ingredients.

  • Three-course meal.

  • Cheese trolley with the best locally sourced cheeses and fruit.

  • Red, White and Rosé House wine.
