La Ferme Du Lac Vert offers the perfect venue for weddings in the Alps.

Set at the foot of the Nantaux Mountain our beautiful chalet is a 19th century farmhouse, recently renovated to retain all the charm and character of its period, but filled with all the modern comforts and luxuries you desire on your special day. The French Alps provide a beautiful and tranquil setting for your ceremony; a personal and romantic alternative to a UK ceremony, surrounded by the stunning mountains and lakeside backdrops. La Ferme du Lac Vert is located on a quiet lane in the charming hamlet of Montriond, a stone's throw from Morzine.

The village square, a two minute walk from the chalet, is home to the Baroque village church église de la Visitation, and the classical ‘Mairie’  (Town Hall), both of which form the heart of all local ceremonies and celebrations. La Ferme has eleven spacious en suite bedrooms including our spectacular honeymoon suite, Le Pleney, with its romantic freestanding slipper bath and huge bay windows overlooking the Pleney Mountain. Our spectacular vaulted dining room accommodates 40 guests for formal wedding breakfasts, the atrium and large sun terrace will accommodate 50+ for drinks, canapés and dancing. Depending on your style of event and choice of service, we can offer increased capacity. Over the summer months, our garden space offers the ideal setting for your cocktail reception and marque dinner service for up to 110 guests.

Our in-house chef will create the ideal food to compliment your ceremony and we can provide a tailored planning service to help arrange every detail of your special celebration. 

You can choose to hold your ceremony on our beautiful sun terrace, at the local church or ‘Mairie’, on the shores of Lake Montriond or at the top of a mountain - your ceremony will be truly unique and special to your relationship. We work closely with local florists, hair dressers, make-up artists, photographers and with independent celebrants to provide a seamless ceremony with your family and friends.
